We met Michael and Fred at an open house of a lovely home that we ended up purchasing. When we met with the two brothers to discuss our plans to sell our home, we were very impressed with the services that we were promised: an inspection of our home and a termite inspection, both paid by them! They wanted to be sure we didn’t have any surprises at the end, and it alleviated many of our concerns from the very beginning. Michael promised us that he would communicate with us frequently, that he would sell our home for a price that the comps warranted, that he would sell our home quickly.

We’ve never seen any other realtor provide what they do for their customers for FREE. They TRULY PAY IT FORWARD! They provided and paid for our Home inspection and termite inspection before they put our home on the market. This really gave us a true sense of comfort and peace of mind knowing the condition of our home. They then brought in their licensed handyman for 2 complete days to fix, replace and repair items that were noted by the home inspector. They do this so buyers don’t haggle with repair requests and price adjustments during their inspection period when you’re in escrow. Once this process was completed – they brought their professional interior designer to help us better decorate our home. They then arranged their professional photographer, video and aerial drone crew to produce high quality images and live video tour for marketing. Informative and custom community easel, beautiful valuation easel and luxury brochures were professionally displayed for buyers and realtors throughout our home.

We met Michael and Fredric at their very tastefully done open house. They had two very large and informative displays on easels which indicated nearby amenities and recent sold home prices. We’ve viewed many homes and hadn’t seen such useful information with a simple glance. They had cookies, water, fresh juice and well designed brochures.

My wife and I have so many great things to say about Michael Ashe and Allot Realty that it’s hard to know where to even begin. When choosing an agent to list our home, we had several prerequisites in addition to all the normal things most people look for.
-We wanted a Realtor who knew the area and would be able to price my home correctly to maximize profit while still selling the property quickly.
-We wanted an agent that was responsive and a great communicator, someone that we could count on to negotiate a good deal and also to return phone calls and emails.
-We wanted a full service listing without the usual 6.0% commission.
After interviewing several agents, we came across Michael’s website. We scheduled a home valuation and interview and Michael stood out to us immediately. He was punctual, charismatic, confident, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was apparent that he knew his profession and came prepared with a very thorough market report with comparable sales, current listings, etc. We interviewed several agents, yet Michael was able to win my wife and I over in the first thirty minutes that we met and we listed our home with him in mid April, 2016.
Michael really hit the ground running and his marketing campaign was aggressive. Not relying on online marketing alone, Michael immediately hosted a broker’s open house, then conducted public open houses each weekend thereafter. A few days prior to the first public open house, Michael mailed off 1,200 full-color mailers to our neighbors advertising our property. On the days of the open houses, Michael and the Allot Realty Team would arrive early and knock on doors, canvassing the entire neighborhood, knowing that often times neighbors lead to the best sales referrals. The number of showings of our house was impressive. During the entire time we were listed, there were maybe two days when we didn’t have someone coming through to see the house; many times it was two or three different parties coming through each day.
We accepted an offer less than three weeks after listing and Michael really came through with his negotiating and people skills.
He got us everything we were looking for in the deal including the final sales price, sales terms, a temporary rent back agreement, etc. We always felt he was truly advocating on our behalf and never rushed us in any way to close a deal.
Communication and responsiveness are two of the most important aspects in my opinion when selecting a Realtor. Michael was extremely responsive to our communication, regardless if it was phone calls, emails and text messages… he was always on top of things and it was nice knowing we could always get a hold of him and that he was always on top of the back office work as well.
In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael Ashe for your real estate needs. He’s knowledgeable, articulate, great with people, responsive, a fantastic negotiator, and he does all this a rate that is far less than the standard rate, allowing you to keep more money in your pocket. The value proposition that he offers cannot be beat, and through this experience we have gained a Realtor and friend for life.
